By the time he stepped away to pursue his interest in private equity, Modern Pest Services was ranked among the top 50 largest pest management firms in the United States. Working in the pest control industry, Doug built valuable experience in providing excellent customer service and managing a company responsibly. These skills have translated well into his new venture, helping him build profitable business relationships and craft a sustainable business model. Whatever he is working on, Doug enjoys developing high-performing teams, managing the executive functions of businesses, and all of the other day-to-day challenges of businesses.
